Tyler was born and raised in in Knoxville, TN and with 4 years in the real estate business, he not only cherishes this city that he calls home, he is equipped with a vast knowledge of the market. He is a first generation graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelors in Marketing at the Haslam College of Business. I cannot speak enough about Tyler‘s experience in our selling journey. It is not an exaggeration when I say that we would not have sold the house without him. We didn’t know he was out there the first time we listed, and with another realtor over 30 people looked at our house and said no. We had no clue what to do to move forward, and really had no idea if we even trusted the real estate system anymore. Not to mention the economy etc etc. Instead of taking the house off the market and just giving up, Tyler reached out to us and let us know what he could do. He had the top resources available when he arrived. He had an excellent reputation, showed up with professional attitude, as well as professional tools to explain what he could do and the timeline he expected. We were blown away with Tyler Owens immediately within the first two weeks of moving forward with Honors. We had an interior designer here to help us on what we can improve with our house. We had a plan to move forward, as well as the confidence and reports to back the data up from Tyler’s claims. It was a smooth sailing process. We were notified whenever somebody was wanting to take a look, and we had weekly reports on where to move forward. We obviously were very nervous and detail oriented sellers and Tyler was incredibly patient. Once we had a buyer, they had a lot of needs before the sale could go through… Tyler not only facilitated with their agent, but also kept us in the loop on what we needed to do when we were little lost. Any hiccup that happened he had an answer and a plan as soon as we were notified of it. He even found us a handyman and lawn care vendor when we needed it!
