Livia, a native of East Tennessee, is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her real estate clients. With a strong commitment to making dreams come true, she skillfully guides clients through the home-buying and selling processes. Livia looks forward to serving you and is available from Sunday to Friday evening. She observes Yah's (God's) Sabbath from sundown on Friday until Saturday night. When she is not assisting clients in their real estate journeys, Livia enjoys reading and cherishing precious moments with her family. She also works as a doula, supporting families as they welcome new life into the world. Additionally, Livia is pursuing her dream of becoming a midwife.
