Karen began her career as a high school teacher and taught for 30 years. A serious injury ended her teaching career.
During that time, Karen had developed a keen interest in Real Estate. She had flipped several houses, successfully had a number or rentals and did numerous1031 exchanges. She decided Real Estate would be her new career. She recently moved to Tennessee from Oregon. She was a Principal Broker there and was originally licensed in 2006. She began during the recession and has had a successful career. She is starting over in Tennessee.
