I recently sold my house and Blake was my realtor. It was a more difficult situation because I was in another state while I was waiting for my house to sell. However, Blake made it as painless as possible. He handled anything that arose and he called me weekly to discuss the process and to give updates on how many people had viewed the house, feedback, etc. (this was in addition to email updates, as well). He always took the time to answer all of my questions and any time I talked to him, I felt like I was his priority (I have been made to feel differently by other realtors, so this was important for me).
