You might not know this, but Honors provides a mentorship program for new agents. We call our mentors "Sherpas", because starting out a career in real estate can feel just as daunting as hiking to the summit of K2 or Everest. Our Sherpa program provides mentorship on another level!

Congratulations to Lisa Harson for finishing her Mentorship with her Sherpa Christie Reagan! Lisa got her license and decided to join our Sherpa program after getting her license last year. In less than 10 months, Lisa closed $1,185,000.00 helping both buyers and sellers. She was able to secure her first listing in just 5 months, which is no surprise if you are familiar with her Sherpa Christie.
